Deliveries and returns
1-Delivery
All orders placed from Monday to Friday are sent within 24 to 48 hours, excluding special information on the product sheet.
Orders placed from Friday 7:00 a.m. to Sunday 00:00 a.m. are sent from Tuesday.
In periods of sale, restocking or putting a new collection online, these delays can go up to 72 hours.
Your shipments are tracked, the numbers corresponding to your packages are sent by email once the order has been validated.
Times and prices for deliveries to France:
Mondial Relay: depending on the weight of the parcel - 3 to 5 working days
Parcel relay: depending on the weight of the parcel - 3 to 5 working days
Colissimo: depending on the weight of the package - 3 to 5 working days
Local delivery (10km radius): €2 per package - 2 to 3 working days
Withdrawal from head office: free - to be collected between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 2 working days.
Deadlines and prices outside France:
Europe (EU and non-EU):
Colissimo: depending on the weight of the parcel - 3 to 10 working days
Overseas:
Colissimo: depending on the weight of the parcel - 11 to 18 working days
International :
Colissimo: depending on the weight of the parcel - 8 to 10 working days
In case of exceeded reception time, late delivery or non-receipt of your package, please check the status of the order on your account and contact customer service.
2-Exchange and refund
How do I return my order?
To make a return, simply contact us at the following address:
morganer@simone-et-agnes.com within 14 days of receipt of your order to notify us of the return of the package and the reason.
For orders that have been delivered in France and Europe, your return must be sent at your expense to the following address:

How soon will my return be processed?
The delivery times for your return are 5 to 10 working days. Once your return has been received and after checking the quality of the product, we do our best to make the procedure as quick as possible.
An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your package and confirming the issuance of a credit note.
How do I use my credit?
To take advantage of your credit note, simply enter your code in the "discount voucher" area before validating your order, when checking your basket.
How long is my credit note valid?
The credit note is valid for one year from receipt of our return validation email.
If you forget, the validity date of your discount voucher is indicated in the validity email of your return, or, in the event of loss, contact us, we can give you the expiration date.
